- Our team at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur has devoted considerable effort in research and development of our flagship product IMFD (Induction Motor Fault Detector).
- Our aim is to assist the Industry and especially the SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) sector to monitor, control, predict and prevent equipment failure; work in partnership with the industry to support IoT (Internet Of Things) integration and increase organizations productivity, efficiency and profitability.

Dr. Aurobinda Routray
Co-Founder & Mentor
Aurobinda is a professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He Leads R&D and holds 10+ patents. His research interest includes non-linear and statistical signal processing, signal based fault detection and diagnosis, real-time and embedded signal processing, numerical linear algebra and data-driven diagnostics.
Chandrashekhar Sakpal
Co-Founder & CEO
Chandrashekhar is an entrepreneur; he sets the overall vision and goal of the company. In addition to his management skills and business acumen, he is a Management Professional with over 27 years of experience in Business Development and International Commodity Trade business.
Laxmikant Savdekar
Co-Founder & COO
He has more than 20 years of experience in Project execution. He leads projects as well as major operations of the company and responsible for implementation of company business plans. He has a very good understanding of the work culture and business practices.
Dinesh Rao
Co-Founder & CBO
He has 20 plus years of experience in Software and Systems Management. Has spent several years working for Investment Banks on Wall Street and in Singapore. Carries good understanding of software, systems and business.
Dr. Anirban Dasgupta
Co-Founder & Technology Lead
He has received MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India. He has publications in 8 international journals, over 15 papers in international conference proceedings, and has filed 4 patents as a co-inventor. His current research interests include computer vision, embedded systems and image processing.
Anik Kumar Samanta
Co-Founder & Research Lead
He has received M.S. degree from IIT, Kharagpur in 2016. Currently, he is pursuing doctoral degree in signal processing at IIT, Kharagpur. His research interests include high-resolution spectral estimation, signal-based fault diagnosis of induction motors, detection and estimation of parameters under non-stationary conditions and embedded signal processing.
